Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.
DISC reports and private links
When you complete the DISC questionnaire, we save the generated report, assessment and report versions, selected setting, creation date, and a unique report ID in private storage on our server. If you explicitly choose to add your name and email, we encrypt those contact details in storage and display them on your report and in Lance’s password-protected dashboard. Anyone with your private report link can see these details until the link expires. You can receive an email copy without choosing this option. Ordinary raw answers are not saved. Reports remain in our backend until deleted so they can be retrieved for you later.
Your private report link expires after 90 days. Anyone who has the link can view the report during that period. Link expiration does not delete the backend report. Keep your report ID if you want to request a new link, correction, or deletion. Deleting a saved report also deletes the contact details attached to it. Contact [email protected] with your request.
If you choose email delivery, we use your name and email to send the report through our email provider. A copy is sent to Lance only if you select that option. Email and printed copies remain wherever you or a recipient keep them. We retain short-lived keyed hashes to limit automated submissions and prevent duplicate sends.
Optional pilot research is separate from saved reports and from sharing with Lance. With your consent, research stores answer IDs, question order, setting, assessment version, date, structured feedback, and a hashed return code that can link retakes. Research does not include your name, email, raw IP address, or report link. Research records are retained until the pilot closes; there is no fixed end date. Closing the research pilot does not delete saved reports.
Example reports are generated from synthetic assessments, clearly labeled, and kept separate from participant reports and pilot research.
Terms of Service

User Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account or request removal of your data, please send an email to [email protected]. We will process your request promptly and confirm once it has been completed.
